How do I buy lift tickets online?
- Go to the online store.
- Select the duration of the lift ticket, age category, and quantity. You can purchase multiple tickets at the same time.
- Choose whether you want to use an existing KeyCard or purchase a new one.
If you use an existing rechargeable KeyCard:
Your lift ticket will activate automatically the first time you pass through the lift gate. You do not need to activate the ticket at the ticket office – you can head straight to the slopes upon arrival.
If you purchase a new KeyCard:
Collect your card from the ticket office when you arrive. Our staff will find your order under your name.
4. Enter the required information in the online store and complete your payment.

**3/4-Day and 5/7-Day passes are flexible passes: for example, with a 3/4-Day pass you can ski on any 3 days within a 4-day window.
***The Parent Pass can be used by two people on the same day, taking turns. For example, one parent skis while the other looks after the child, and they switch during the day.
****KeyTix cards can only be loaded with day passes or shorter. KeyTix cards are not available in the online shop.
The Sightseeing lift pass is valid on the Iso-Syöte Express chairlift.
Payment methods
Lift passes can be paid with cash, bank cards, credit cards, and the following payment types: Epassi, Smartum, Tyky, and Virike. Prices include VAT 13.5%.

Personal tickets
All lift passes and season passes are personal, with the exception of company season passes and Parent Passes. Misuse may result in the pass being cancelled without notice.
Open slopes
The number of open slopes is at the discretion of the ski resort and may vary during the season due to events or weather conditions.
Terms of delivery
We reserve the right to make changes. We follow the Finnish Ski Area Association (FSAA) terms of delivery.
KeyCard and multi-day passes
Season passes and multi-day passes are always loaded onto a KeyCard. If you do not have your own KeyCard, one must be purchased separately (€7). The KeyCard works at any ski resort using the SkiData system, for as long as the card remains functional. Ski Resort Iso-Syöte does not buy back KeyCards.
Single-use KeyTix cards
Day passes or shorter, purchased at the ticket office, can also be loaded onto single-use KeyTix cards.
Multi-day and flexible passes
Multi-day passes are valid on consecutive days, with the exception of the 3/4-Day and 5/7-Day passes, which let you ski on any 3 or 5 days within a 4- or 7-day window.
Under 6s
Children under 6 ski free when accompanied by a parent or adult with a valid pass. A free pass for the child must still be collected from the ticket office. We recommend loading the child's pass onto a KeyCard, but a free single-use pass is also available on request. The free child pass is issued to match the validity period of the accompanying adult pass.
Over 75s
Guests over 75 ski free. The pass is available at the ticket office upon presentation of valid ID. We recommend loading the pass onto a KeyCard, but a free single-use pass is also available on request.
Season Pass Prices, Winter 2026–2027
Enjoy the slopes and lifts of Iso-Syöte all winter long with a season pass. The pass is valid from the start of the winter season until the end of the ski season, up to 3 May (weather permitting). The target opening date for the slopes is 14 November 2026.

Ski and sled with a magic carpet pass!
Located in SnowWorld, the new 100-meter-long carpet lift easily takes you and your family up with any equipment. You can use a regular lift ticket for the magic carpet lift, or you can purchase an affordable magic carpet pass from the ticket sales. Carpet lift tickets are available from a 3-hour pass to a season pass. With the magic carpet lift, you can access the sledding slope, practice slope, and halfway up familyslope - these are the best spots to practice and have fun with the whole family!
